Miss Kat joined Little Pippins in June 2026 and brings with her a strong background in education and early years care.
After studying primary education at university, she gained experience in a school classroom before moving into nursery settings, where she discovered how much she enjoys supporting children at the very start of their learning journey.
Kat currently works in our Little Buds room as Room Leader. She is especially passionate about helping young children grow in confidence, develop their personalities and prepare for their next steps before starting school. For Kat, one of the most rewarding parts of early years education is seeing each child’s character emerge and knowing she can make a positive difference during such an important stage of development.
Since joining Little Pippins, Kat says she has enjoyed becoming part of the team and values the nursery’s calm, supportive environment. She appreciates the smaller group sizes and the reassuring level of staff support, which help children feel safe, settled and ready to learn.
Outside of nursery, Kat enjoys Pilates, going for walks with her dog and spending time at the gym.
