Mrs Jackson is our Owner and Head Teacher and has been working in childcare since 2005. Her qualifications include a Level 4 Montessori graduate and Level 5 in Leadership and Management. Mrs Jackson is the Designated Nursery Safeguarding Officer.

Ian is our Nursery Manager and works alongside his wife, Mrs Jackson. Ian brings strong leadership and practical expertise through his background in property management and the care of historical buildings. Ian holds a Level 5 qualification in Construction Management, supporting his calm, organised approach to running the nursery.

Miss Roxy first joined Little Pippins during her secondary school work experience. She later returned to complete her Level 3 Apprenticeship in childcare. Today, Roxy is our Deputy Manager, Designated Safeguarding Officer and Fire Officer and working towards her Level 5 in Leadership and Management.

Kat joined Little Pippins in May 2026 and brings strong early years experience from both school and nursery settings. She leads Little Buds and holds a BA (Hons) in Education (Level 6).

Miss Molly joined Little Pippins in July 2026. She has worked in childcare since leaving school and has a Level 3 in Childcare. She is also one of our Designated Safeguarding Officers.

Miss Zoe joined the nursery in September 2025 and has a Level 3 in Childcare. She works in our Little Pips room, supporting the youngest children in the nursery.

Miss Maddie joined Little Pippins in July 2026 having worked in other early years settings since leaving school. She has a Level 3 in Childcare and is also our Positive Behaviour Support for the Little Pips.

Miss Amanda joined our nursery family in April 2021 and has a Level 3 in Childcare. Miss Amanda is the nursery Positive Behaviour Support Lead. Miss Amanda also plans and delivers woodland activities for the Buds Room.

Miss Charlotte joined Little Pippins in June 2026 having worked in other early years settings since leaving school. She has a Level 3 in Children and works in our Little Pips room.

Miss Iona joined Little Pippins in July 2026 and has worked in childcare since leaving college. She is currently working towards a Level 3 in Childcare.

Miss Tash joined Little Pippins full-time in July 2026 but has worked at the nursery previously in between her studies. She is a trained teacher and teaches Phonics to the children in Little Blossoms.

Miss Lizzie joined the nursery in September 2025. This is her first role in early years education but she is a trained English teacher and teaches Phonics to the children. Miss Lizzie is also our Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO).

Miss Mima joined Little Pippins in January 2026 and is currently working towards her Level 3 in Childcare. She works in Blossoms leading the Buds riser group and is the Nursery Sustainability Officer. From 2027, Miss Mima will be studying her Level 3 Forest School with Yorkshire Forest School Training.

Miss Kathryn joined the nursery in 2021 and has a Level 6 in Childcare. She is currently working towards a Masters in Speech and Language Therapy at Leeds University and returns to work at the nursery during the holidays.
