Molly is the Leader of the Little Blossoms Room and brings six years of childcare experience and a genuine enthusiasm for helping young children learn, grow and gain confidence.
She has worked in two other nurseries and has completed both her Level 2 and Level 3 childcare qualifications.
Molly joined Little Pippins in September 2025 and has settled well into the Little Blossoms team. She particularly enjoys working with this age group because of the conversations, interaction and personality the children bring each day.
Molly says the best part of working in childcare is watching children learn and develop over time. She loves seeing their progress — from the small everyday milestones to the bigger changes as they grow from babies into confident preschoolers.
One of the things Molly says she values most about Little Pippins is the strong team spirit. She has found that everyone works together across the setting, creating a supportive environment for both staff and children.
She also enjoys the space and opportunities the setting offers, from walks around the village to the chance for children to explore, discover and make the most of their surroundings.
Outside of work, Molly enjoys socialising and spending time with friends.
